Shana's Experience: In 2017, Shana Berkeley was a litigation attorney with a side hustle. While looking for business resources, she found The Academy. The program gave her tools to grow her business, but it also planted seeds of enthusiasm. That seed grew and led her to join the team as The Academy Director in 2019. During her first year, the program grew by 51%. Shana continued to grow her community connections and leadership skills, taking over as Executive Director in January 2022. In this role, Shana has forged partnerships with the Tennessee Titans, Goldman Sachs and Thrivent, while mentoring future community leaders. |
