| Gaye Lynn's Experience: - National Pro Fastpitch, Hermitage, TN (2009-2021) Vice President of Development and Operations - Hired to run the day-to-day operations of National Pro Fastpitch. Duties include but are not limited to the following in order to maintain and operate a women's professional sports league. • Assist the Commissioner of the League in overall development of new business both in the United States and internationally • Assist in the development of League policies and procedures manuals • Assist on the management of the League's finances • Management of League sponsorships -- $150,000+ • Management of sponsor fulfillment and licensing - 20+ League Partnerships • Management of the League's Championship Series, College Draft, and Owner's Meetings • Development of the League's social and digital media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube, 805Stats and NPFTV • Development of the League's website(s), web-store and Alexa Skills • Coordinator of the League's Internship Program - Employ 10-12+ interns each semester • Coordinator of the League's Volunteer Program - Oversee 20-30 volunteers each event • Manage and oversee the League's Supervisor of Officials, umpire and scorekeeper programs - Oversee 75+ • Maintenance of player and sponsor contracts - Over 175 contracts COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Winner of "Non Profit of Excellence" - Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber 2023 Winner of "Wilsonian of the Year" - Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce 2023 Finalist for "Best Community or Non Profit Event" 2023 Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board 2020 Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors 2015 to 2021 Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce - Business Boost Program, Past Chair 2015 to present Mount Juliet Senior Center - Board of Directors 2020 to present Mount Juliet Non Profit Council Chair - 2021 to present Leadership Wilson, Past Chairman of the Board 2019 Leadership Wilson, Alumni Committee Chair 2016-2019 Leadership Wilson, Board of Directors 2016 to 202 |
