| Kellye's Experience: In January 2015, the Haven of Hope Board and Executive Director, Mona Mason developed an Administrative transition plan. The plan identified key personnel and positions to be 'in training' to succeed Mason as Executive Director to maintain consistency in the management of the program. This plan was implemented as of July 1, 2016! Mrs. Mason, Executive Director for the last 19 1/2 years, transitioned into a part-time Director of Finance and Administration position, while Kellye Gilbert, Program Director since 2010, has taken the reigns as the new Executive Director. Since this transition in 2016, the Haven has continued to grow and expand services by opening 2 new outreach offices in the most under-served counties. | |
