| Cindy's Experience: Cindy Siler began as CEO in February, 2016. Cindy began her career in health education and has worked in a variety of roles in Kentucky and across the state of Tennessee, most of which have been in a non-profit setting. The goal of her 35 year career has been to improve accessibility and quality of healthcare in rural areas, and her personal goal has been to show the love of Christ in every way possible. "Having the opportunity to join the team at Mercy is a blessing beyond anything that I could have ever imagined, and serving here allows me to fulfill both professional and personal goals every day!"Cindy has held the position of CEO for two other non-profit organizations in the past 25 years and has experience within the fields of social services, grant writing and Community Health Center management. | |
