Description
The 4th component of our program, RTSWS Connects is a resource for RTSWS students and alumnae seeking internships and job opportunities in finance, economics and related fields. Firms looking for emerging talent post their high school and college level internships, and entry level positions on the RTSWS Connects portal. Through Connects, both RTSWS high school students and alumnae are completing project-based activities, gaining experience, and beginning full-time careers in financial services. In addition, alumnae receive outreach and career discovery resources. These opportunities and resources create pathways for girls, and further bridge the racial and gender equity gap in lucrative financial job opportunities.
