Description
We provide senior portraits for under-resourced Metro Nashville Public school students. Students are referred to Shine through a referral system on our website by school or nonprofit staff.
Students are contacted once a referral is received for a short interview to discover how we might make their senior portraits "uniquely them". They are matched with a professional photographer who has been background checked and interviewed and who are considered to be one of Shine's Partner photographers. Once senior portraits have been taken, the students can choose their favorites for editing. Shine provides 12 professionally edited 4 x 6 hard copy prints which have been placed in a small album to the student.
Families pay 10.00 out of pocket. Photographers agree to a reduced fee structure.
Our goal is to serve 40 students in the 2022-2023 school year.
