Description
For six weeks during the summer, the Roxy Regional Theatre hosts a summer drama camp sponsored by the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department. Children ages 9 to 18 learn basic acting techniques, improvisational skills and stage movement, culminating in a free performance for family and friends on the final day of the program.

Children ages 10 to 18 learn basic acting techniques (including voice, movement/dance, technical theatre and improv), theatre history and audition techniques, and present a junior production on the mainstage as part of the regular season.

We currently produce over a dozen mainstage productions annually, with attendance levels over 50,000. In addition to serving Middle Tennessee, 48% of our patrons drive over 50 miles to see productions here in at the Roxy. We employ over 40 professionals from around the country annually.
