CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

The Virtuoso Series has enjoyed a successful transition from Vanderbilt University's Blair School of Music to Saint David's Episcopal Church in West Meade. While we are very excited about the move and the potential for growth that comes with it, we are also focused on maintaining financial stability for the series. We hope to maintain the bedrock support provided over the years by the Community Foundation, and in addition, we are pursuing additional grant opportunities, sponsorships, increases in private donations, fundraising events, ticket sales, grants and revenues from advertising on the CGN website and in concert programs. Funds from these sources will also provide support for the Master Class Series and Guitar Festival.
