CABLE's biggest challenge is the wide range of interests among our 550+ members. There is great diversity in age, career status, etc. which makes programming especially challenging trying to meet the needs of all of our members. Although CABLE is fiscally sound at this point, we are still fragile in that we do not have an endowment but we do have a modest 'rainy day' fund. Financial sustainability is one of our leading priorities so that we can continue the work we are doing.
