CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Mid-TN Supported Living, Inc. is committed to staying small so that we can be more attentive to the people we serve, as well as those doing the supporting. We utilize a flat management approach. The benefits are many. Firstly, such an approach keeps our administrative costs down. Perhaps of greater importance is our ability to respond promptly and effectively to the changing needs of our customers. When a management structure lacks numerous layers this can be readily accomplished. Mid-TN is very fortunate to have an active and involved Board of Directors. The majority of the Board has family members with developmental disabilities, which proves incredibly helpful in ensuring the agency provides quality, customer driven supports. |
