| Dwight's Experience: Dwight started at PTM as a "part-time" intern in 2012 and fell in love with the community, its families, and the mission of PTM. He served as Middle School Director, Youth Director, then McGruder and Youth Director over the course of 8 years. From September 2020-December 2021, Dwight worked as an initiative director and strategist with the Center for Youth Ministry Training, a partner organization. Over that same time period, Dwight has volunteered as a mentor, guest speaker, Board member, and event planner at PTM continuing to build relationships that he has been fostering for 10 years. Dwight loves PTM, its families, and its mission. Additionally, he is a writer, speaker, singer/songwriter, and worship leader. Dwight graduated from Millsaps College in 2012 with a degree in music with special emphasis on vocal performance, and graduated from Memphis Theological Seminary in 2015 with a master's in youth ministry. |
