David's Experience: David is a Senior Executive with over 25 years of nationwide leadership experience. Proven ability to effectively build, motivate and lead sales, operations, and fulfillment teams to deliver results as well as re-engineer processes, which dramatically improve profitability and efficiency. Exceptional strengths in new strategy development, sales management, team leadership, risk management, product development, strategic planning, P&L responsibility, business analysis and process improvement as well as strong verbal/written communication skills and public speaking. David's professional career has included leadership roles at Chase, Citi, and Provident Savings Bank.
In addition, David has many years of animal care, rehabilitation and regulatory experience which includes 5+ years employed by the City of Los Angeles Department of Animal Regulation. David is also the father of an Autistic son Jackson which was the genesis not only for the development of Hidden Bee Animal Rescue but also David's (and his wife's) overall passion to help the autistic community. David, his wife, and eldest son Zachary have been heavily involved in various autism events, communities, and organizations throughout the past 20 years. |
