Description
"Focus & Flow Healing" is a self-love initiative that is focused on self-confidence, empowerment, psychological resilience, and self-identity for at risk youth girls.

Focus & Flow Healing is a 9 week self love awareness healing course. This program is designed to nurture and develop self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-love for at-risk youth girls. This program uses evidence-based materials such as psychoeducational groups and mindfulness courses that are focused on identifying risk factors and engaging productive ones. Teens can go through a series of reflective modules and activities such as art/creative therapy to express themselves and learn how to effectively channel their emotions. Teens are also able to learn about the importance of self-care with a number of activities. There is a 2 day Self Love Cabin Healing retreat- Lodging, Food, Activities, Transportation provided at the end of the course.

Description
NOCX hunger relief program is an essential initiative emerging out of Nashville, TN. This program is in response to the food insecurity and economic pressures that underprivileged low other minority underserved populations are facing. NOCX hunger relief program is designed to increase food security within the community bringing a whole food system together to assess strengths, establish linkages, and create systems that improve the self-reliance of the community members in meeting their food needs. Our projected measurable outcomes are to bring full awareness of the state of hunger and food hardship in Davidson County and surrounding areas. Our program and outreach efforts will ease the burdens of hunger and food hardship and it will strengthen, expand and improve the state of hunger in our communities. The number of after school, weekend and summer program participants will increase by 15 to 20 percent.
