On this podcast, we kick it as old school as it gets with how God created us to live; free from dieting, food rules, and body shame. Our goal is to help others replace the old soundtrack of cultural lies with biblical truth, starting with the truth that you DON'T have to be trapped by food struggles. You were created to be FREE! God wants us to experience the fullness of life without body hatred or bondage to dieting.

CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

We are being faithful to operate as leanly as possible while moving toward new ways to help the millions of people searching for the hope and community they need to break free from eating issues. Our hope in 2024 is to continue offering more opportunities for community and connection to those in need, to continue sharing life-changing truth through our podcast to those searching for hope for freedom, and to move some volunteer staff roles to a paid position. For this to occur, we need to grow our revenue to support it. We are planning for this in three primary ways: 1) making available our curriculum as a fee-based service, 2) seeking sponsorships for the podcast we plan to launch mid-year, 3) continuing to strengthen relationships with funders and donors.
