| Some of the challenges that we face is that we serve inner city metropolitan area kids of low income. Trying to help these young ladies perform to their best and catch up with other players that can afford camps, clubs, showcase, and clinics is expensive. Also trying to find ACT/SAT prep, exposure tournaments in clinics for the athletes are expensive. The limited funding that we have is a drawback for helping more young ladies achieve their goal and make it to college. Paying for court space to hold practices and Clinics is also a challenge. Also providing after school and summer programs for students including college tours, leadership camps, college recruiting, and community service projects are the opportunities that we want to provided for these young people. |
